- Gourmet Gary’s Wild Caught Salmon
- Soy Sauce
- Real Organic Honey
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Clean and pat dry the salmon.
- Place in baking dish and add equal amounts of soy sauce and lemon juice to cover half the filets.
- Lightly squeeze honey on top of filets.
- Marinate for a total of 6 hours.
- Broil on high on each side for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your preference.
- Serve with couscous and vegetable of your choice.
