Place tuna in baking dish and add equal amounts of soy sauce and lemon juice to cover half of the tuna. Marinate for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Place in baking dish and add equal amounts of soy sauce and lemon juice to cover half the filets. Lightly squeeze honey on top of filets. Marinate for a total of 6 hours. Broil on high on each side for approximately 5 to 6 minutes or until cooked to your preference. Serve with couscous and vegetable of your choice.
Ingredients Gourmet Gary’s Tilapia Filets Olive Oil Garlic Powder Lemon Pepper Salt 2 Jalapenos 2 to 3 Fresh Lemons Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Rinse fish, and pat dry. Rub filets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, lemon pepper, and salt. Place each filet on separate aluminum foil pieces. Top each fish with sliced jalapenos, and sliced lemons. Squeeze lemon juice on each filet. Wrap the foil around the filets and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve with Basmati Rice and Shelled Edamame.
